Our production lines are equipped automatic inspection machines utilizing advanced Machine Vision Technology. High-speed cameras perform a 360° scan of every bottle’s sidewall, finish (mouth), and base. The system uses image comparison algorithms to instantly detect critical defects such as dimensional deviations (ovality, height), cracks (checks), and bird swings. Any bottle falling outside the set tolerance parameters is instantly identified and removed by a pneumatic reject mechanism into the cullet recycling conveyor, ensuring only 100% compliant products proceed to the packing station.

To ensure aesthetic perfection, we implement a secondary human visual inspection layer. Experienced technicians, stationed at high-intensity LED Light Inspection Boards, scrutinize the bottles for subtle cosmetic defects that machines might overlook. This process focuses on identifying glass inclusions such as stones (black spots), seeds (fine bubbles), blisters, and air lines. This "Human Eye" verification ensures that premium bottles meet the strict aesthetic standards required for high-end spirits and cosmetic brands.
